So yesterday I went for a 30-minute run in the morning and rode China for about 30 minutes. I didn’t eat much throughout the day (YAY) and it was all healthy stuff except for a tiny slice of a cake for dessert. In the evening I went out to a gig with a few friends, had a few beers and did eat some shitty food (chicken flatbread from Dunkin and some cheez-its) - I hate eating late at night though! But anyways, it’s all good…still at 189lbs!!
Maybe I’ll see 188 tomorrow…
and maybe I’ll hit my mini goal within the next 2 weeks!!
Well, a week with ups and downs has gone by (not much blogging I’m afraid)…BUT I’m finally down to 189lbs!! I think my “nonexistent plan” is working pretty well, haha. Basically, I try to eat very little and as healthy as possible and my jobs are basically giving me all the exercise I really need. I will probably go for a run on the weekends though.
So this week I’ve pretty much just been eating 2 meals and tried to stay away from sweets as much as possible. The hardest place to do this is at work. At home it’s okay. Then for exercise I usually walk 1.5 hours a day because I have 3-4 dogs to walk and I ride a very lazy horse 4 times a week so that’s a really good workout. And I’ll go running as much as I can even though I haven’t yet this week (planning to go tomorrow morning!).
I’m feeling pretty optimistic now though, something so little can actually do so much to motivation! Maybe I’ll be strutting my stuff in those size 10 jeans sooner than I thought
I’m thinking they’ll fit once I hit 165-170lbs, so not too far away. I’ve actually already been getting quite a few comments about how “skinny” I was starting to look and people have been asking me what I’ve been doing to lose weight. Honestly, there hasn’t been much work/thinking involved at all!! Hopefully I’ll be able to keep this up. I should really blog more…I’ll try.
Anyways, came on here especially to write this down. It’s time to go read my book now until I can physically no longer keep my eyes open (last night that was 3am haha).

Well, here I am ONCE AGAIN…! BLAHHHHHHH!!! At least I didn’t cancel my account this time, LOL.
I’m kinda at a loss of what to do. I feel I’ve tried so many things to lose weight and nothing has worked so far! I guess I’ll just continue exercising lots, try to eat healthy and small portions and come on here as much as possible. At least I have a lazy horse to ride now. Seriously, it is the best workout ever!! Her name is China and she is an 11-year-old 16h Percheron mare. SOOO sweet and awesome! For those non-horsey people, riding a lazy horse is a good workout because to keep her going forward requires a lot of leg. Also, all the “aids” have to be quick! I’ve been riding her for about 3 weeks now and I have 1 lesson a week and I have already improved SO much!!
I’m also still walking my neighbours’ dogs Henry and Teddy, and of course walking my dog (and occasionally my other neighbours’ dog Chili - the one I fostered). So that’s about 1.5 hours of walking everyday, plus 30-60 minutes of horseriding and the occasional 30-minute run. You’d think I’d lost some weight by now
I guess the real problem is what and how much I eat…I like my fruits and veggies but I like my chocolate and cookies even more :S Maybe I should try just avoiding them instead of trying to eat just one bite. I’ll see how it goes.

Still not totally back into it yet…My mum is going away again for two weeks starting next Monday so for those two weeks I will make sure I’m on track and lose weight!! For now, I’ll just have to do my best. Even though I’m still not always going for the healthy option, I’m improving…Like today I really felt like having pizza which I haven’t had in about two months. Before I could easily eat a whole pizza, but today I could only manage two slices! So that’s 1/3 of the whole pizza. The whole healthing eating thing 24/7 is still not agreeing with me so I’m still gonna focus mainly on exercise. Speaking of exercise, haven’t been running in days
It’s nearly August and I haven’t really lost anything yet. I did way better the last few times I tried!! I lost at leats 10lbs. Really don’t know what’s up with me these days…Maybe I’m just that sick of trying. I don’t wanna be though! I wanna keep trying until I reach my goal.
With that in mind, I’m gonna go spend 30 minutes with my stationary bike now and then go walk the dogs for 30 minutes
Maybe I’ll even fit a run in tonight…!
Blah. Scale hasn’t moved up or down in two weeks now…not that I’ve been trying
I can’t help snacking from the candy basket at work, I can’t be bothered to go running in the heat/rain/don’t have time/a car available/etc. I do walk every weekday cuz I have to walk my neighbor’s dogs but that’s about it. I’ve tried so many things and none have worked. I just don’t know what to do next…but I definitely don’t wanna stay like this!! I hate how tight my size 12 jeans feel, I hate having to avoid swimming cuz I don’t feel comfortable wearing a bathing suit, I hate not being able to wear whatever I want…BLAH!! Yet, I can’t stop myself from eating crap food or do any real exercise! How the hell does that work?! I also keep thinking “oh if only I was living by myself again, not with my parents” but I know that when I’m by myself it’s the same thing anyways!
Oh well, I guess I should just “get back on track” and “try harder”…just like before. Will I ever break this awful cycle??

Still an interesting diet, I know but it seems to be working…I was 2lbs lighter this morning than yesterday morning! I know weight fluctuates a lot, but hey it went down! And it seems to be working for me right now…Things will change again Wednesday when my parents are back home and I have to actually eat normal meals. Will probably start running again then, cuz I REALLY don’t feel like it at the moment!

Lol interesting “diet” I’m on…At least I’m blogging though!! Need to get more exercise in, but that’ll definitely happen when the week starts again tomorrow. Should probably try to stay away from the milkshakes too….But they are SO yummy!! The fruit smoothies are amazing too though, and really filling! So the goal for tomorrow is to have a smoothie for breakfast, no snacking from the candy basket at work, I’m going out for lunch and salad for dinner. For exercise I want to run for 30 minutes (probably with walks in between…), use the stationary bike for 30 minutes and walk 30-45 minutes (with the dogs). I might even put up my before pic…maybe.
