Instant-sweat.

*1 hour stationary bike
*1 hour dog walking
*10-mile run
*core exercises

Humidity was so high today that it was what I like to call “instant-sweat” weather. YUCK.
Let’s not get into what I ate today. More YUCK.
Over 4 hours of exercise today. Getting rid of the squishy.

Woops.

Haven’t written in a while. Haven’t been very good with the eating and the exercising either. More woops.

Starting my 35-day challenge tomorrow. 35 straight days of healthy eating, daily exercising and continuous weight loss! Goal is to be in the 150s when the 35 days are over.

Why 35 days? In 35 days I will get on a plane and fly home to England to start grad school!! I will NOT be a fatty. I will be a tall, slim, hot and sexy runner! ;)

1 month 1 week 2 days.

That’s how long it’ll be until I’m back in ENGLAND!!! OH MY GOD!! I got accepted and I’m moving to Manchester mid-September :) :) :) :) :) :)

Started Slim Fast today. That stuff is magic, I’m not hungry and don’t want to eat! Definitely makes one feel good :D Been a bit lazy so far today, but will definitely do 1 hour stationary bike and my core exercises tonight. Skipping the run…again…haven’t felt like it lately. Planning a 10-mile run tomorrow morning though, so it’s all good!

Bought a size 8 skirt today. Yes, it fit. It’s probably a big size 8, but I don’t care. The tag says size 8 and it fits. Plus, it’s super cute!

Two weeks.

Two weeks of “diet freedom”. My mum is going to the Netherlands until August 19th, which means I’ll be on my own for breakfast and lunch and I’ll be in charge for making dinner for me and my dad. Hooray!

I’m gonna go back on Slim Fast until the 19th because I enjoyed it last time and it worked well for me too. Therefore, I’m planning a big loss in the next two weeks! It’s what I need…I do better losing everything quickly and then maintaining, rather than losing it slowly. I know that’s not what they say is good, but it’s good for me.

I’ve been good these past few days with my exercise - running, biking, walking and core exercises! :D Just been writing in my other weight loss diary, not this one.

Blah.

Well, I did my three exercises today (30 mins stationary bike, 3.5 mile run, core exercises). I snacked at work again though..Exercising is so easy for me, I LOVE it. I just can’t stay away from yummy junk food! Argh. That really IS the only reason I’m still fat. I can feel tons of muscle underneath my fat layer!

I wish I could eat as little as I did in Colorado…Lost 25lbs by doing NOTHING! Most days I only had dinner (like ramen or something) and sometimes I’d eat some sort of breakfast. For some odd reason I can’t seem to do that while I’m at home…

Sitting, wishing, waiting…

No news about grad school yet. Guess I’ll have to wait until Monday…

Did a 3.5 mile run, 30 minutes stationary bike and core exercises today. Didn’t have breakfast or lunch, but snacked at work. Had a sandwich, potato salad, and a slice of peach pie for dinner. Not bad I guess! Need to do a 8-10 mile run tomorrow. And then it’s time for weekly photos again :S Had a few bad days so that probably won’t be very good..Oh well!

Lazy phase confession.

Right guys, here it is:

2 days of no running, but biking + 4 days of no exercise (except dog walking) = 6 days of LAZINESS! Add in some junk food and (for some odd reason) a lot of other people’s blog entries about starting over = awfulness :/

My new “master plan” (which doesn’t change my exercise routine or eating habits, just gives me new motivation to stay on track) also brought about a 3.5 mile run, core exercises and 30 minutes on the stationary bike…So I’m back!

Today’s run was very difficult and as I’m typing this I’m dripping with sweat, but it felt SO good. Remind me not to skip my running, except for my one day a week! I also need to write daily, even if my days didn’t go well. It’s hard for me to write about failure though…It’s very embarrassing to me! Plus, I don’t like negativity. I guess those entries are expected every now and then on this website though, right!

The Master Plan.

Here’s the plan:

1. Get into grad school (interview this Thursday!!)

2. Reach goal weight by September 10.

3. Try and get into modelling once I’m in England (to earn money!). If that doesn’t work out, try and get more photography assignments to earn money…(weddings, etc.)

4. Go on a Caribbean running cruise in January!!

13.5 out of 40 in 2 days.

Miles that is lol. If only they were pounds, HA!

10 mile run this morning, followed by a Dunkin Donuts Unsweetened Raspberry Iced Tea :) Checked out the nutrition info on the web when I got home, only 10 calories! And it totally filled me up so I should be fine until lunch time, hooray! Now there’s a way to lose weight haha.

Gonna do 30 minutes on my stationary bike in a bit and my core exercises; and planning to do 30 minutes on the treadmill after dinner tonight.

SOOOO excited for Ruby Tuesdays tomorrow :) :) :) It’s my favourite restaurant! Too bad it’s not a hot date…LOL
