food intake:
- homemade fruit smoothie (300ml)
- yoghurt
- 2x homemade chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake (350ml)
- chicken ceasar salad
exercise:
- stationary bike: 30 minutes

Lol interesting “diet” I’m on…At least I’m blogging though!! Need to get more exercise in, but that’ll definitely happen when the week starts again tomorrow. Should probably try to stay away from the milkshakes too….But they are SO yummy!! The fruit smoothies are amazing too though, and really filling! So the goal for tomorrow is to have a smoothie for breakfast, no snacking from the candy basket at work, I’m going out for lunch and salad for dinner. For exercise I want to run for 30 minutes (probably with walks in between…), use the stationary bike for 30 minutes and walk 30-45 minutes (with the dogs). I might even put up my before pic…maybe.
Good plan. Keep it up.
That diet plan sure is interesting.
