Possibilities.

Well, a week with ups and downs has gone by (not much blogging I’m afraid)…BUT I’m finally down to 189lbs!! I think my “nonexistent plan” is working pretty well, haha. Basically, I try to eat very little and as healthy as possible and my jobs are basically giving me all the exercise I really need. I will probably go for a run on the weekends though.

So this week I’ve pretty much just been eating 2 meals and tried to stay away from sweets as much as possible. The hardest place to do this is at work. At home it’s okay. Then for exercise I usually walk 1.5 hours a day because I have 3-4 dogs to walk and I ride a very lazy horse 4 times a week so that’s a really good workout. And I’ll go running as much as I can even though I haven’t yet this week (planning to go tomorrow morning!).

I’m feeling pretty optimistic now though, something so little can actually do so much to motivation! Maybe I’ll be strutting my stuff in those size 10 jeans sooner than I thought :) I’m thinking they’ll fit once I hit 165-170lbs, so not too far away. I’ve actually already been getting quite a few comments about how “skinny” I was starting to look and people have been asking me what I’ve been doing to lose weight. Honestly, there hasn’t been much work/thinking involved at all!! Hopefully I’ll be able to keep this up. I should really blog more…I’ll try.

Anyways, came on here especially to write this down. It’s time to go read my book now until I can physically no longer keep my eyes open (last night that was 3am haha).
