Roll The Tanks.
So yesterday I went for a 30-minute run in the morning and rode China for about 30 minutes. I didn’t eat much throughout the day (YAY) and it was all healthy stuff except for a tiny slice of a cake for dessert. In the evening I went out to a gig with a few friends, had a few beers and did eat some shitty food (chicken flatbread from Dunkin and some cheez-its) - I hate eating late at night though! But anyways, it’s all good…still at 189lbs!!
Maybe I’ll see 188 tomorrow…
and maybe I’ll hit my mini goal within the next 2 weeks!!
